BOMBY provides the following services:

  • Stream setup and configuration services (Basic, Standard, and Premium packages)
  • OBS configuration and optimization
  • Custom overlays and graphics for streaming
  • Website development services
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Promotional wall for registered users to showcase their channels

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may also register using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information from your Google account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. All prices are displayed in USD.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Digital services that have been fully delivered are generally non-refundable.

5. User Content

By submitting content to BOMBY (including profile information, bio, and social links), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates the privacy of others

6. Promotional Wall

The promotional wall allows users to showcase their streaming channels. We reserve the right to remove any profiles that violate these terms or contain inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BOMBY, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by BOMBY unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Custom work created for clients (overlays, configurations, etc.) becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

BOMBY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google (OAuth authentication, Analytics)
  • PayPal (payment processing)
  • Meta/Facebook (analytics pixel)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BOMBY after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
